Please read this policy carefully prior to purchasing digital access. Because our educational analysis and algorithmic setups involve digital delivery and operational configuration, standard digital goods terms apply.
1. ₹50 Daily Service Refund Terms
The ₹50 service grants access to 3 structured intraday educational market setups for that specific trading session.
- Non-Delivery Rollover: If our broadcast fails to publish prior to 09:15 AM IST due to technical fault or unplanned market shutdown, your ₹50 credit is automatically rolled over to the next active trading session.
- Market Performance: Refunds are NOT provided on the basis of market outcomes or personal trading results. Setups represent structural observations, not financial guarantees.
- Completed Delivery: Once setups have been broadcast to the member channel, the service is deemed fulfilled and non-refundable.
2. Premium Automated Setup (₹25,000) Terms
Premium setup requires technical infrastructure deployment and customized rule configuration. If during the qualification and initial consultation call (prior to cloud VPS deployment) it is determined that your broker API is incompatible or eligibility criteria are not met, 100% of the deposit is refunded within 5 business days. Once private VPS servers are provisioned and software licenses paired, setup fees are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a review or report non-delivery of an active order, please email billing@winwiseacademy.in within 24 hours of transaction with your Order ID and payment receipt.
