1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WinWise Academy website, purchasing our daily educational analysis, or applying for our automated execution setup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access our services.
2. Educational Services Only
You expressly acknowledge that all content provided is educational. You assume 100% responsibility for your trading activities. WinWise Academy, its founders, and contractors shall not be liable for any trading losses or opportunity costs incurred.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, analysis broadcasts, lessons, indicators, and software scripts are the proprietary intellectual property of WinWise Academy. Redistribution, re-broadcasting, screen-recording, or commercial re-selling without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. User Representations & Compliance
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent to enter into binding contracts, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including Indian exchange regulations and FEMA guidelines.
5. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found engaging in abusive behavior, payment fraud, illegal trading solicitation, or unauthorized redistribution of our analysis feeds.
